Great Egret on front walkway https://peertube.tv/videos/watch/53a564e8-e782-46ac-a53b-168ccfdafd1f Today a great egret landed in my driveway and spent a while scoping the place out. While they aren't as rare around here as they used to be, it's quite unusual seeing one in a housing tract instead of around ponds or wetlands. We do have a lot of tasty lizards however. I assume the swaying motion helps them blend in with vegetation-correct me in the comments if I'm wrong!
