These lens shaped clouds seem almost stationary compared with the other clouds seen scudding by, towards the end of the film, more are seen forming over Salisbury Crags to the left of the screen. They look a lot like the traditional shape of flying saucers in science fiction, and real lenticular clouds are believed to be one of the most common explanations for UFO sightings across the world.
